Product installation

UPVC Roof Sheet Installation Guide : 1. Preparation Ensure the roof frame is level and strong. Prepare tools: drill, screws with washers, tape measure, gloves, saw. Store sheets on a flat, clean surface before installation. 2. Installation Direction Install from bottom to top and against the main wind direction. Side overlap: 1 corrugation. End overlap: 150–200 mm. 3. Fixing the Sheets Use self-drilling screws with rubber washers. Fix screws on the top of the wave/crest. Screw spacing: Vertical: 500–800 mm Horizontal: every 1–2 waves 4. Cutting the Sheets Cut with a hand saw or circular saw. Cut slowly to avoid cracking. Always wear safety protection. 5. Ridge Cap Installation Install ridge caps after all sheets are in place. Overlap 100–150 mm and fix with screws. 6. Safety Tips Do not step directly on the sheets; step on purlins if necessary. Avoid installation during strong wind or rain.
